  1. Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk.<\/li>\n
  2. a) They remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.<\/li>\n
  3. b) In the event of defective goods, the seller’s obligations are limited to replacement, excluding any damages of any kind.<\/li>\n
  4. Invoices are payable in cash upon receipt and without discount. They are subject to VAT or any other replacement tax payable by the customer. No other method of payment shall constitute novation.<\/li>\n
  5. In the event of non-payment of the invoice, interest shall accrue, without formal notice, at the legal rate plus 4%. Furthermore, it is expressly agreed that if the invoice amount is not paid within 15 days of formal notice, the outstanding amount will be increased by 15% with a minimum of \u20ac25 as a fixed and irreducible indemnity.<\/li>\n
  6. Any complaint must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt, otherwise it will be null and void.<\/li>\n
  7. In the event of export of our products, the customer undertakes to comply with both national laws and regulations and those issued by the countries that own the technologies used in the products concerned (including COCOM regulations).<\/li>\n
  8. Flat-rate and proportional remuneration due under copyright legislation shall be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n
  9. It is expressly agreed that in the event of any dispute or disagreement of any kind, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
