The Xerox VersaLink C8000W is a colour A3 printer fitted with white toner \u2014 and the only device of this format in our catalogue capable of printing in opaque white. What is the difference between the VersaLink C8000W and the VersaLink C8000?<\/strong>
\nSpeed (45 ppm), volumes (20,000 recommended pages per month), paper capacity (1,140 sheets) and resolution (1200 x 2400 dpi) are identical. The only difference is the toner: the C8000 prints in conventional CMYK, the C8000W replaces black with white (B-CMY technology). They are complementary, not competing.<\/p>\n

Can the VersaLink C8000W print black?<\/strong>
\nNot in the conventional sense: on this machine, white toner replaces black toner (white, cyan, magenta, yellow). That is why it is not intended to replace an office printer, but to complement it for applications CMYK cannot cover.<\/p>\n
