How do I find the serial number of my Xerox machine?
The serial number appears on the D&O Partners label affixed to the device; you can also view it on the machine’s screen (Information/System menu, depending on the model).
Should I use XPPS or call D&O Partners?
If your contract includes XPPS, call 0800 80 308 or use the Fleet Management Portal; otherwise, contact technical support on +32 (0)2 713 14 52. For configuration (network, scanning, drivers), call +32 (0)2 643 42 42.
What should I prepare before calling?
Have the serial number, model, and a photo of the error message (if there is one) ready, and specify the context (since when, on which workstations, after which update, etc.).
Can I order consumables outside of XPPS?
Of course! For consumables other than XPPS and general supplies (paper, staples, etc.), please contact us on +32 (0)2 643 42 42.
