Quand les machines arrivent dans notre stock, et après reset des données, un technicien Xerox vient en faire un checkup complet afin de certifier que tout est en parfait état de marche. Si une pièce doit être remplacée, elle le sera avant de repartir de chez nous. Les machines étant couvertes par un contrat d’entretien, tous les consommables (sauf agrafes éventuelles et papier) ainsi que les interventions techniques (pièces et main d’oeuvre) sont compris dans votre forfait.
